How will my items be shipped to me?
Your order will be lovingly and carefully placed in sturdy packing materials and shipped to you via US Priority Mail.
What if I want to ask about an item before placing an order?

When can I expect to receive the items I ordered?
Usually within two weeks of placing your order, but it depends on weather, temperature, humidity, and air pressure of San Francisco.
What is your return policy?
You are welcome to return any item that is damaged during shipping for a full refund. We do not accept returns for any other reasons and you will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping to send items back to us.
Can I place an order as a gift for someone else?
Yes, of course. When placing your order, make sure to specify that it's a gift in the comments section and make sure to include the correct shipping address for the person you are giving it to.
I wanted to order something and now I can't find it in the shop. What happened?
Most likely, that item is sold out. Many of the products for sale in The Bold Italic Shop are limited editions or we only are selling a small number of them. If you email us, we'll let you know if you can find what you're looking for anywhere else.
